I uploaded chapter 1 of Akashik to webtoons yesterday. (looks for link)
https://www.webtoons.com/en/challenge/akashik/list?title_no=523008 – I think.
It would be too much work to update an ongoing chapter there when I already work on things at the main website, but uploading a completed chapter that would otherwise be free to view there anyway I can do.
My reasoning is to let people who can’t get their faces unstuck from their smart phones to have a chance to read the comic. Zombies have the right to read comics, too.
It’s not even been 24 hours, but should I be disappointed no one is loving on it yet?
Akashik’s chapter has been finished for a while now (even though it’s still posting on the website) and I’ve had a break. Now it’s time to return to work.
I’ve spent some time today working on the script for chapter 2.
The last chapter followed a lot of what the original comic had pretty much, but I’m noticing this time the deviations are getting wide and far. Well I’d planned for it to deviate. Just not this fast.
Maybe it’s my impatience. I want to introduce the new character. I want to see things happen.
Anyway here is some development art. Back to work.
