So far so good. I’m really enjoying my role as the ship’s computer for the Firefly fanfic. It’s a lot harder than people think it is to keep emotion out of your voice. There are times that I fail utterly, but I just keep plugging along.
I was having an e-mail chat with the writer/director the other day. I’ve been getting my lines without any reaction lines from the other characters. He said he did that on purpose to help me keep from putting in any emotion. I have to admit I’m curious how well I’d do if I had the full script.
